Mrs. Corral join the McCabe Union Elementary School District in June 2023 as Food Services Manager. Mrs. Corral works with a crew of 13 staff members to prepare amazing meals for our students for both breakfast and lunch on a daily basis keeping within the state mandates for balanced, yet enjoyable meals for our students.
