Allowable Proofs of Residency

As per AR 5111.1 (http://www.gamutonline.net/district/mccabeunionesd/DisplayPolicy/1082123/), allowable proofs of residency are as follows and must include parent name, address within the McCabe School District boundaries, and current date within the past 30 days:
  • Homeowners
    • 2 of the following:
      • Mortgage (mortgage statement or current Close of Escrow)
      • Property tax statement/payment receipt
      • Gas bill
      • Water bill
      • Electricity bill
  • Renters
    • Rental property contract or lease (must be notarized)
    • 2 of the following:
      • Gas bill
      • Water bill
      • Electricity bill
  • Declarations of Residency (student & parent living with another family) 
    • Declaration of Residency form completed and notarized (form available in the McCabe District Office)
    • 2 bills from the homeowners (see list above)
    • 2 of the following bills in parent(s) name:
      • Pay stub
      • Voter registration
      • Correspondence from a government agency
      • Bank Statement
      • Change of address from USPS
