If you have scheduled recurring autopayments on your child’s cafeteria account, please log into your MySchoolBucks account and stop the autopay. Please watch for emails regarding outstanding cafeteria balances. Payments can be made at www.MySchoolBucks.com. For questions, please email Jennifer Castillo at email@example.com.
REIMBURSEMENTS: With the school closure through the end of the year, all fieldtrips have been cancelled. We will begin to generate reimbursements once our district office reopens. Emails will be sent out to parents notifying them of how and when reimbursements will be mailed or available to pick up for monies paid for the following field trips:
- Farm Smart (1st grade)
- Living Desert (3rd grade)
- BizTown (5th grade)
- Catalina (8th grade)
STUDENT BELONGINGS: With very little notice prior to the campus closing to the public, students may still have belongings in their desks and PE lockers. Once the stay-at-home order has been lifted and it is safe for the public to enter campus, we’ll notify parents via email with dates and times for students to retrieve personal belongings and medications.
YEARBOOKS: With the temporary closure of many companies across the nation, it is safe to assume Josten’s may be a little behind schedule on the production of yearbooks. We’re hoping to have yearbooks delivered at some point in June at which point we will notify families of when to pick up pre-ordered yearbooks. ALL yearbook orders were online only and the window to place online orders closed the end of February. There will be no additional yearbooks for purchase.
Again, we appreciate our McCabe families for their continued support. Our administrative team and teaching staff continue to work from home but are available via email should you have questions or issues with any of the links we’ve provided. Teacher emails may be found under the “Schools” tab. Click on “Staff” in each grade level for email addresses.
Should you have any questions or needs during the office closure, feel free to email Becky Gibbs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Continue to check our website for revised distance learning slideshows and new parent resources. See links below:
